How long will my order take to ship?

Keep in mind that this is the creation/processing time, not how long it'll take for your package to be delivered after it is dropped off at the Post Office. How fast you receive your order after it is completed depends on the shipping type you select at checkout:
First Class: 3-5 Business Days
Priority: 1-3 Business Days
Priority Express: 1-2 Business Days
Placing an order with Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express shipping will not expedite your nails - our processing time still stands! If you would like your order rushed, please contact us BEFORE you order and we will link you to a Rush My Order listing.
If you need your nails for a special event, a specific date or sooner than our processing time, please let me know BEFORE you order!
Please keep in mind that all nail sets are handmade to order and created in the order they were received.
Can I rush my nails?
If you need to rush your order for an event, photoshoot, or anything else, please contact me BEFORE placing the order. I'll let you know whether I have the time in my schedule and we can discuss rush pricing. Rush pricing varies by how many nail sets are included in the order.
How do I know my size?
You can also measure your nails using our guide. No refunds will be given for incorrect sizing.
What do I get with my order?
You Recieve:
•1 set of 10 Press on Nails (20 nails for full sets)
•Detailed instructions for application and removal
•Full Nail Kit: prep wipes, mini nail file/buffer, 2 gram nail glue.
Do you accept cancellations or returns?
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
After the 24 hours you are agreeing to wait for your item to be made and no refunds will be issued. Please note that poor timing/planning, not reading the FAQ and not reading the listing descriptions are not excuses.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state. This rarely happens, but if so, please email [email protected] and include 1 or more images of the item(s).
How do I apply my nails?
A detailed guide for application & removal + a full nail kit are included with every order. Our nail application is super-simple, and can be done in less than 30 minutes.
How long will my nails stay on? Are the nails strong?
Nail glue will last 1-3 weeks. Our nail sets can be re-used, and with proper care they will last you through many applications.
Our nails are much stronger than store-bought Press-Ons and made with at least 5 coats of gel polish. Most designs have a coat of hard gel which makes the nails strong but still able to flex.
Do you offer custom designs or customizations on existing sets?
Yes -If you have an idea for a nail set, a picture that you want recreated, etc. I am easily reachable through direct message or email.
We can always accommodate tweaks made to an existing set (different color, matte topcoat, different rhinestone placement, shorter length, etc) Every set is handmade, so contact me within 24 hours of purchasing if you would like any changes made!
What happens if I order the wrong size?
All our nails are handmade with love and hours of hard work, so unfortunately we cannot be responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have a sizing guide with measurement instructions in our FAQ and in every listing and sizing kits available to safeguard against this!
Do you work with influencers?
Absolutely! Feel free to contact us about promotional discounts! Keep in mind that I do not offer free handmade product and discount amount relates directly to your number of followers and engagement.
I entered the wrong address/my order was misdelivered! What happens now?
We ship all orders to the exact address entered, so please take care to make sure there are no typos or extra/missing numbers. Remember to include your apartment number if you have one!
OG Nails is not financially responsible for incorrect addresses, typos, postal errors, etc. You must pay to reship items that have bounced back to us. If your order is returned to us by USPS for any reason, we will contact you asking for another address to ship to, then invoice you the shipping fee. Once that is paid, your package will be on the way. In general, reshipping a package is less than $3.
If you enter the wrong address or think you have made a typo, please notify me immediately so I can catch it before your shipping label is printed!

Each product is custom made by hand and CANNOT be returned.
